Exosome Treatment
Exosome Therapy, Stem Cell Exosome, Exosome Injection, ASCE+, Exosome Skin Booster
tag:Acne Scar
Exosomes are seriously the hottest thing at dermatology clinics right now. It's a regenerative treatment like Rejuran, but instead of salmon DNA, they put in signaling molecules from stem cells — your skin texture genuinely changes. The catch is product quality still varies, so don't just go anywhere. Ask what product they use. One session is nice, but 3+ is where it really shines. And if you combo it with Potenza or Rejuran? Game-changer.
How it works
Think of your cells as constantly sending each other tiny delivery packages (exosomes) packed with instructions. This treatment loads those packages with skin-repair signals — instructions like 'make more collagen' and 'reduce inflammation' — and delivers them straight into your skin. Your cells read the instructions and start repairing themselves from the inside.
Types
Developed by ExoCoBio, this is a skin booster made from exosomes isolated from adipose-derived stem cell culture medium. It contains approximately 96 types of miRNA and over 200 proteins, activating the skin's regeneration pathways through cell-to-cell signaling.
Developed by US-based ExoCel Bio, these are non-lyophilized (not freeze-dried) mesenchymal stem cell exosomes. They're preserved in a living state without freeze-drying, which is claimed to maximize biological activity.
The ASCE+ platform adapted for hair loss and scalp regeneration. It contains concentrated hair-growth-specific growth factors and is injected directly into the scalp to convert resting hair follicles into growth phase.
Doctor skill dependency
3/5Pain level
2/5The exosome solution itself doesn't hurt at all. If MTS microneedling is used alongside it, expect a light prickling sensation — numbing cream makes it barely noticeable. Direct injection has a slight sting but it's totally tolerable.
Not recommended for
Pregnant or breastfeeding (safety data is still insufficient) Active infections at the treatment site (severe acne, etc.) — risk of worsening the infection Keloid-prone individuals should be cautious with MTS (microwounds could turn into scars) Autoimmune conditions (immune response may be unpredictable)
Procedure
Numbing cream is applied after cleansing (20–30 min) → exosomes are delivered via MTS microneedling (tiny channels), direct injection, or applied topically after laser treatment (like Potenza or Rejuran) → the exosome solution is spread evenly and absorbed into the skin → finishing with a calming mask. The whole thing takes about 30–40 minutes.
