Potenza RF Microneedling
Potenza, Potenza RF, Microneedle RF, MN RF, Potenza Diamond
tag:Pores
If pores and skin texture are your thing, Potenza is seriously worth it. There's a bit more downtime than InMode or pico lasers — scabs for about 3–5 days — but the results are noticeably stronger. After the scabs fall off, your skin texture just hits different. If you have acne scars, it's especially effective.
How it works
Tiny microneedles are inserted into the skin, and radiofrequency (RF) energy is delivered directly from the needle tips to 'cook' the inside of your skin. The needles create channels while the heat simultaneously stimulates collagen — so scars and pores gradually fill in and smooth out.
Doctor skill dependency
4/5Pain level
3/5Moderate (3/5). Even with numbing cream, you'll feel some stinging and pricking during the treatment. Pain level varies depending on the tip used.
Not recommended for
Active severe acne (inserting needles into inflamed skin risks infection) Keloid-prone individuals (stimulation can make scars worse) Pregnant or breastfeeding Pacemaker or metal implants in the treatment area (RF energy interference)
Procedure
Numbing cream is applied for 30–40 minutes → the appropriate tip is selected for the treatment area → needles penetrate the skin while delivering RF energy → growth factor serum or exosomes may be applied afterward → finishing with a calming mask. You'll feel a stamping sensation, and pain varies depending on the tip type.
